A: All consultations are strictly confidential. I do not disclose any information about you, including the fact that you are a client or that we have talked, without your written authorization (except for unusual legal circumstances - like safety to yourself and others - very narrowly defined in the laws on confidentiality). Q: Do you take insurance? A: Yes; Humana, Blue Cross and United Health. |
Q: How long is each appointment?
A: Appointments are 50 minutes each, beginning on the hour. Insurance pays for 50 minutes a day, but does not restrict how often you may come in a week. Q: What are your office hours? A: Office: Thursdays 12:00pm - 5:00pm Fridays 10:00AM - 5:00PM. Virtual: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9am - 6:00pm. Q: Do you have appointments after 5:00pm? A: Yes. In office appointments Thursdays and Fridays with last appointment 6:00pm. Virtual appointments Mon - Fri at 6:00pm Q: How do you handle payments? A: A co-payment or out-of-pocket payment is due at the end of each appointment. I accept cash, checks, all credit cards, and debit cards, and PayPal.
